Hi, I’m Kerri. I’m a certified trauma-informed coach, and my work helps people meet themselves with compassion, tune into their inner compass, and lead themselves in alignment with who they want to be, even when life feels loud or triggering.
I came to coaching because I was looking for something I couldn’t find. Therapy helped me understand my past, but I often felt stuck circling the same problems without moving forward. Traditional life coaching pushed me to take action, but it didn’t honor my nervous system, my history, or why “just do it” sometimes wasn’t possible.
I wanted something different, a third space between endless problem-solving and relentless pushing. That is what I now offer: coaching that moves you forward without bypassing what you have lived through, so growth feels safe, sustainable, and true to who you are.
